CANA celebrates with Jesus! CANA feasts with Jesus!
As Christmas approaches, the CANA Fraternity of Martinique has organized its family day. A day filled with joy, fellowship, and light: “Le Noël du Fort”!
On the program: entertainment, a Christmas-themed dress code, singing, dancing, traditional games, sharing, smiles, a Christmas carol battle, and Jesus at the heart of our celebration.
A day organized by everyone.
A traditional menu prepared by all the fraternities: from pork blood sausage to savory pâtés, not to mention Christmas ham with pineapple and roasted pork stew accompanied by traditional yams and pigeon peas!
Alongside the festive entertainment, there was a profound journey for families to prepare themselves and make room for Jesus’ arrival: a journey of covenant around “Thank you, Forgive me, Please” just before experiencing the Holy Eucharist and offering up the family’s request for grace!
We are grateful to all the fraternities who invested themselves and seized the various opportunities to think, implement, and bring to life each of the families present!
Mutual aid, joy, love, fraternity… Emmanuel among us!
