Because it enables couples to visit their personal histories, to shed light and move forward on the difficulties in their current shared history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-normal-font-size wp-elements-af6bb9b3c13e6fa78d95e904ba99d0b9\">This retreat is part of the CANA Mission and the anamnesis retreats run by the Silo\u00e9 Mission. There are times for couples, individual accompaniment, personal and community prayer, short teachings and workshops. At the end of the retreat, a time of deliverance prayer is offered to those who wish it (they&#8217;ve all asked for it!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-normal-font-size wp-elements-575ea9cc6568a2240f1bb51302d24172\">A few pearls from the final rereading:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-normal-font-size wp-elements-8f854627c2aa0622e2d47486b39844d8\">\u201cGreat gift! Top to reread our couple and personal history at the same time!\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-normal-font-size wp-elements-2630c66470ce599cdc48ad47474f361f\">\u201cI discovered that my childhood leaves its mark on our lives today! Everything I buried deep down creates the way I react today.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-normal-font-size wp-elements-ca31a438c230b92cadf14c57fd8b6983\">\u201cIt was our last chance! I received things every day! Tremendous gratitude for this retreat. Everything that was planned was in its place.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-normal-font-size wp-elements-0ecf975edad51e3beab69d688838856a\">\u201cThe Lord gave me a light: my reactions in the couple are rooted in my history.
