Sa\u00efd\u00e9 and \u00c9lie wrote to us to share a day specially designed to keep hope alive for couples and families.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u201c<strong>Dear Brothers,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">On Sunday November 3, the CANA Fraternity organized a special day of reflection, support and sharing for couples, under the theme \u201c<strong>You are my strength<\/strong>\u201d. This initiative was conceived in response to the current situation in Lebanon and its profound impact on couple and family life. We were delighted to welcome <strong>26 couples<\/strong> and their children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><strong>Three workshops marked the day:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-normal-font-size\">\n<li><strong>Couples therapy workshop :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A moment to invite couples to relax, express their fears and strengthen their mutual connection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spiritual workshop :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Centered on the biblical passage \u201c<strong>Jesus calms the storm<\/strong>\u201d, this workshop addressed the internal tensions caused by external crises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Couples workshop on priorities :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An opportunity to refocus on the couple&#8217;s relationship, rekindle positive memories and renew mutual commitments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><strong>Highlights of the day :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">A time of sharing as a couple enabled everyone to reflect on their own contribution to tensions and consider adjustments to reduce moments of crisis.
