How can you make this year unforgettable? How can you move from &#8220;me&#8221; to &#8220;us&#8221;?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-orange-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Good resolutions: to move from &#8220;me&#8221; to &#8220;us&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the time of the year when we think of all that we would like to do in the coming year \u2026 along with all that we have not done during the past year!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to find some inspiration, I looked on the internet, and I found a list of 50 good resolutions to choose from, of which the first 10 are listed below.&nbsp;All of them are good, even praiseworthy. Even if some resolutions are strictly personal, most of them have an impact on our life as a couple! Look, do you feel connected?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drink more water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Become a volunteer in an association<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do sports at least twice a week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start a zero waste \/ eco-responsible approach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Become vegetarian \/ Vegan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook more<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stop smoking or stop an addiction (social networks, TV series, screens\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drink less alcohol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go on a diet to lose a few pounds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be more zen, less stressed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The last one can be interpreted in the sense of taking care of our inner life, drawing closer to God through interiority, our times of prayer. Like all the resolutions listed, regular prayer \u2014 individual or together as a couple \u2014 becomes a part of our lives in two ways: personal will and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Habitus_(sociology)\"><em>habitus<\/em>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All these resolutions are good, even praiseworthy. But even if some of them are strictly personal, most of them have an impact on both members of our couples!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-orange-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">2023: a memorable year for your couple?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are a few ideas to help both of you!&nbsp;&nbsp;It&#8217;s up to you to choose together:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take advantage of Valentine&#8217;s Day to celebrate in a different way! In many countries, CANA organises a Valentine&#8217;s evening, online or in person, sometimes even called &#8220;Couples&#8217; Night&#8221;. In Germany, Canada, France, Martinique, Lebanon and in many African countries&#8230; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cana.org\/en\/in-the-world\/\">Click on the page of your country and contact the persons in charge.<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose to spend 6 days together to take care of your couple. In nearly 50 countries, CANA Week is open to all couples, married or not, of all Christian denominations, close or far from the faith, in harmony or going through a difficulty. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cana.org\/en\/in-the-world\/\">Click on the page for your country and contact the people in charge.<\/a> If you have already done the CANA Week for your own couple, you can always return to help  as a gift for others.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience a CANA@Home evening!
