The couples, who came from the five dioceses where the CANA Fraternity is present, had often made a long journey to take part (a day\u2019s bus journey from N\u2019Djamena). The training was given in French, but the translation was provided in <em>Ngambay<\/em>, a language spoken in the south of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thirty-five couples, seven of whom were serving the other couples, Father Elys\u00e9e and Agnieska from the Community and 12 children made up the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.cana.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/TCHAD_NUIT_COUPLE_2022-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13533 lazyload\" width=\"362\" height=\"257\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cana.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/TCHAD_NUIT_COUPLE_2022-3.jpg 530w, https:\/\/www.cana.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/TCHAD_NUIT_COUPLE_2022-3-300x213.jpg 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 362px) 100vw, 362px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 362px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 362\/257;\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This week, built on two days of personal retreat and three days of formation in the responsibility of the fraternity, was an opportunity for the participants to meet and get to know each other, within the same diocese as well as from one diocese to another, and thus to strengthen the unity of the CANA Fraternity at the national level.
